Field Clinical Support for Medical Devices

TRIQ offers technical and proctor support for clinical and commercial procedures including treatment procedures, follow-up visits and troubleshooting. Support may include direct patient contact in the hospital or clinic setting including presence in the Cath-lab, operating theater or equivalent as required.

Field Clinical Support (FCS)

The Field Clinical Support is a key customer facing role that requires candidates to have the highest level of technical and clinical competence, business understanding and integrity. An ability to think critically under stressful conditions and to work effectively as a team in collaboration with clinical investigation personnel, the study management and the sponsor are essential. The FCS role is unique and represents the Sponsor towards influential customers. Honesty and discretion are key attributes in building trust with investigators and maintaining corporate positioning.

TRIQ field clinical support experts (FCS) provide advice and support to the surgical team during invasive procedures. Our field clinical team ensures that all study requirements are are met during and post procedure. If applicable, our FCS will also perform the device programming.

Proctoring

TRIQ  can provide Proctoring for the initial implant / invasive procedures. Our proctors are highly qualified surgeons who give the peer to peer support essential for new procedures to be successful and meet the restraints of the IB, IFU and CIP. Our proctors will evaluate each surgeon and sign them off when satisfied that the skills and performance required for the study procedure have been demonstrated.

Procedure Training

TRIQ can provide initial training for the surgical team during the Site Initiation Visit (SIV). Our proctors will repeat this training in both theory and hands on during the first procedures.
